16 Minute Boxing Day Workout

Workout

  • We are doing a quick Tabata boxing workout out. Tabata means 20 seconds of work, with a 10 second breather.

Circuit 1

  • 4 Punches 4 High Knees
  • Jab Jab Cross
  • 10 Punches 2 Jumping Jacks
  • Squat Jumps

Total of 4 times through

Circuit 2

  • Skull Crushers (alternate sides with each set)
  • 10 Punches to Drop ( burpee hehe)
  • Mountain Climbers – Make sure you are in a proper plank position. That means shoulders and wrists stacked, tummy tucked in and bum down
  • Sit ups

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
