20 Minute Cardio Sweat

All you need is 20 minutes to get sweaty, release some stress and feel like a total BADASS. If any of these cardio moves don’t work for you, that’s ok repeat or find one that does.

 

What you will need:

  • Mini Band

Warm-Up:  

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • 10 moves, 45 on 15 off, repeat.

Exercises:

  • Butt Kicks
  • High Knees
  • 10 Alternating Punches with Sprawl OR 2 Squats
  • 10 Alternating Mountain Climber with 4 Plank Jacks
  • 5 Jumping Jacks with 5 Pop Sqauts
  • Plank Walk out with 2 Plank Jacks
  • Skaters
  • 10 Punch with 4 Front Kicks
  • Skull Crushers 5 / Side
  • Plank

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
