When it comes to your health and wellness, getting started can be so overwhelming. Between Keto, vegan, paleo, low fat, Weight Watchers and all the information that is  constantly being thrown at you, its nearly impossible to know which route to take on your journey to becoming your healthiest and most badass self.

I want to help take the stress away and give you 5 TIPS TO TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH 

Tip #1) Start each morning with warm water and fresh lemon . This will help to hydrate you first thing when your body needs it the most.  The lemon will help to gently detoxify your liver while hydrating your colon which promotes the perfect morning poop!  Lemon is also high in vitamin C which is going to boost your immune system and make your skin glow.

Tip # 2) Green Juice / Powder. Let’s be serious, making fresh pressed green juice every day is a huge pain.  I like to rid myself of the stress and purchase a quality greens powder. Currently I am using Progressive Greens Powder.

Incorporating greens into your daily routine is going to help  boost your energy, cleanse your body, and make you feel amazing! When you wake up and drink a glass of green Juice, you kick-start the body’s processes of daily detoxing, producing natural energy, and managing stress.

Tip #3) 20 minutes of gentle yoga and light stretching. This has been a big game changer for me. Last December I decided I would start stretching 3 mornings per week. I have noticed a huge change in my body. I am less stiff and tight, I can squat lower, jump higher, and my posture is improving! Also my chronic hip pain is virtually gone.  I am so happy I finally decided to make stretching a part of my self care routine. In fact today, I was feeling my anxiety coming on, so I downloaded an episode, put on my headphones and went for a 30 minute walk to calm my brain. I was able to relax and turn my anxiety into motivation.
