- Yoga has forever changed my life in so many ways it is difficult to put into words. Exercise vigorously began for me when I was 17 years old. I had lost a bunch of weight and was convinced that I had to maintain this “skinny” weight in order to be accepted and loved, not only by others, but myself. I began obsessively exercising and creating bad eating habits, which then turned into a on and off eating disorder that lasted for about 6 years. Thinking that there was no way out and that this would be my way of life for the rest of my life, I began practicing yoga! Since my journey began I have never looked back! For many years I stopped living my life and yoga has helped me find my true, inner self. A feeling that I thought would never return. Yoga has taught me to love and appreciate myself for who I am! For this reason I felt it was my Dharma and purpose in life to teach yoga to others so that whatever obstacle they were facing in their life, they would know that they have the tools and inner strength to overcome anything that challenges them!
- Students inspire me every day! My extreme passion for health and yoga is constantly growing and I am so blessed and thankful that I am able to teach others to love themselves, clear their minds, open their hearts and live their life to the fullest!
