One Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

Who doesn’t love banana ice cream? And what better way to enjoy it then without the guilt of the sugars, dairy, calories, fat…need I say more? You can make as much or as little as you want. You can refreeze it (if it lasts that long!) just be sure to let it thaw a little so it’s smooth again.

  • Peel your bananas first.
  • Cut them into small pieces.
  • Freeze for just 1-2 hours on a plate.
  • Blend, blend, blend – scraping down the bowl when they stick.
  • Enjoy the magic moment when they turn into ice cream!
