This week your challenge is a little different, we want you to take 1 day this week and have a total social media detox. That means no IG, no FB, no Snap chat, etc

Here are some ideas you could do with that day:

  • Get out in nature – do a scavenger hunt.
  • Put your phone in a room you don’t normally go in during the day and just go with the flow.
  • Plan a date night (order in, open a wine).
  • Clear out some rooms (spring clean).
  • Prep some meals (and baking) with the family.
  • Have a family game night.
  • Do some crafts.
  • Have a movie marathon and chill.

You’d be surprised by what a day away from social media can do for your anxiety and stress.
