I am in LOVE with foam rolling. Honestly, I’m not sure if I could do what I do for a living without being religious about stretching and opening my muscles up. The beauty of foam rolling is that you get the benefits of a deep tissue massage without the cost. Hello amazing idea!! NOTE: At the beginning of the video I say “it’s not going to be as quick as I normally would on my own”, but I actually meant that this workout isn’t going to be as long as I normally would do on my own. The more often you foam roll, the more your muscles will be able to endure the intensity. It can be very painful when you first start so your foam rolling experience may be fairly quick!
